All FAQs

Check-in begins at 4 p.m., but if your room is ready earlier, we’ll be happy to welcome you in sooner. Arriving ahead of time? You’re welcome to pre-register, store your belongings, and start enjoying the resort right away.

Please note: For overnight reservations and day passes, at least one member of your party must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

Check-out time is 11 a.m. 
Late checkout may be available depending on availability — contact our booking staff to inquire. If you would like to enjoy the pool and beach a little longer after check out, showers and changing rooms are accessible.

Pets are not permitted at Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina. If you prefer to travel with your pet, we recommend that you arrange boarding at the following local kennels:

All rooms at Pink Shell Resort are family-friendly, however the 1-bedroom villas are an especially popular choice. These rooms feature living areas with sleeper sofas, making it easy for parents to have their own bedroom while still being able to easily check on the kids. Full kitchen areas make meal and snack times easier for parents. The White Sands Building is closest to the Octopool, gift shop, and Bongos. The Captiva 1-bedrooms are in the same building as Jack’s restaurant for breakfast, and feature options that have either one king bed or two double beds.

Yes. The daily resort fee added to every room is $59 nightly and includes WiFi, valet parking, kayak & paddle board rental, bike rentals (up to 4 hours) and unlimited local and long-distance phone calls.
