Content Use Terms

By granting Boykin Management Company and Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina permission to use your photo, video or other content, you agree to the following terms.

By accepting this request, you grant Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina and its affiliates, partners and authorized agencies a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt and otherwise share the specific content we requested across Pink Shell’s marketing and communications channels. This may include our website, social media channels, email, paid and organic social media, digital advertising, boosted or sponsored content, display advertising, print advertising, promotional materials and other marketing platforms.

Whenever practical, we’ll make reasonable efforts to credit you when sharing your content.

By granting permission, you confirm that:
You created and own the content or otherwise have the rights necessary to give Pink Shell permission to use it.
You have permission from any identifiable people appearing in the content.
If a minor appears in the content, you are their parent or legal guardian or have obtained the necessary permission from their parent or legal guardian.
Pink Shell’s use of the content as described above will not violate the rights of another person or organization.
You are at least 18 years old and legally able to grant this permission.
These terms apply only to the specific photo(s), video(s) or other content Pink Shell requested permission to use. They do not apply to any other content on your social media accounts.

By responding to Pink Shell’s request with the designated hashtag or other stated method of acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
