Cabana Giveaway Rules

RULES: No purchase/payment necessary to win. Cabana prize can be redeemed on a future stay at Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina, or a complimentary Resort Day Pass can be arranged with hotel staff. Reservations must be made ahead of visit to ensure availability of cabana on desired date. In the event of cabanas not being available on the desired date, a prize of equal retail value may be offered. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. To participate in this this giveaway, entrants must have an IG account and be 21+ years of age and 1) share a photo from a past visit to Pink Shell Resort 2) tag @pinkshellresort 3) use the hashtag #FortMyersBeachDay. Only one entry per person. Photos must not be AI generated, must be of Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina property and ownership must belong to the entrant. Entry period: 12amEST on 8/30/26 to 11:59pmEST on 9/30/26. Prize: One prize will be given away. Each prize includes one 8-hour cabana reservation that accommodates up to 8 total guests. ARV of each prize: $450. Prize provided by Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina. Winner will be randomly selected and notified via IG message by 10/7/26. If a winner doesn’t claim prize in 24 hours, prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected. By entering you agree to comply with all Pink Shell Resort policies and you relase, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina, Instagram, and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses or expenses (eg court costs and attorneys fees) which may arise of of result from or rleate in any way to your participation (unless a Claim arises solely from Pink Shell’s gross negligence or willfull misconduct.)
