Plated Wedding Packages

Packages include reception site (with the exception of the Captiva Ballroom), open bar and any applicable cake cutting fees.

Junonia Plated Package

Includes: 3 hours open call bar; choice of three passed hors d’oeuvres; choice of soup or salad; fresh rolls and butter; and choice of sides

Entree selections (choose one):

  • Herb-crusted, French-cut breast of chicken with sauce veloute
  • Hand-carved top round of beef with cremini mushroom demi
  • Baked filet of sole with lemon chive butter
  • Grilled mahi mahi with tropical fruit salsa
  • Baked lasagna vegetable with fresh vegetables and béchamel
  • Seared breast of chicken with smoked tomato and mushroom salsa

There will be an additional charge of $10 per person for groups offering a choice of two or more entrees.

Coquina Plated Package

Includes: 4 hours open call bar; choice of four passed hors d’ oeuvres; choice of soup; choice of salad; fresh rolls and butter; and choice of sides

Carving Stations

All carving stations can be added to our Fort Myers wedding packages and include appropriate condiments and fresh rolls. Additional fee per carver is $100.
