A Pink Shell Beach Resort & Spa Employee Announces
her Retirement after 46 Years of Service

Fort Myers Beach, Florida, April 30, 2008 - The Pink Shell Beach Resort and Spa announces the retirement of Lauretta Bailem after 46 years of service. Lauretta began her employment at the Pink Shell in December of 1961. Lauretta has held several positions in the resort's Housekeeping Department and retired as the resort's housekeeping Dispatcher on April 10, 2008.

A retirement party was held at the resort today where she was given a 4 day 5 night cruise for two by Bill Waichulis, General Manager and Lois Rohlik Director of Human Resources.

“Lauretta was a dedicated employee who never called off sick in her 46 years with us. She has seen and experienced a lot of change with the resort over her years of tenure; She will be greatly missed by the managers, staff and guests” said Bill Waichulis, General Manager.
