From Points North:
Take I-75 to Exit 131 - Daniels Parkway (old exit #21). Travel west on Daniels for approximately 4 miles to Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Turn left at the light.
Travel 4.5 miles on Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway. You will cross U.S. Rte. 41. Turn left on Summerlin Road.
Travel west on Summerlin Road for 4 miles to the Route 865 San Carlos Boulevard exit. (this is a right exit of Summerlin Road, do not go over the San Carlos Bridge) At the traffic light for San Carlos Boulevard turn left under the over pass onto San Carlos Boulevard headed West.
Travel 2.5 miles on San Carlos Boulevard and cross the Matanzas Pass Bridge. Turn right as you cross the bridge onto Fifth Street which then will turn into Estero Boulevard North.
Travel 0.75 miles to the Pink Shell Beach Resort. The registration office is on the left.
From Points South:
Exit I-75 at Exit 116 - Bonita Beach Road (old exit #18). Travel west on Bonita Beach Road, onto Fort Myers Beach. The road will become Estero Boulevard. Travel north on Estero Boulevard through to the island of Fort Myers Beach.
Turn left at the light onto Fifth Street, just before the bridge at the north end of the island. (It is about 16 miles from I-75.) Do not cross over the bridge to exit the island. Fifth Street becomes Estero Blvd.
Travel 0.75 of a mile on Estero Boulevard to the Pink Shell Beach Resort. The registration office is on the left.
From Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) - 17 Miles to Pink Shell Resort:
Exiting Southwest Florida International Airport, take the Terminal Access Road to Ben Hill Griffin Parkway/Treeline Extension. Turn right and proceed to Daniels Parkway. Turn left and travel west on Daniels Parkway for approximately 4 miles to Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Turn left at the light.

Local Transportation:
 Fort Myers Beach provides a trolley service, which stops at the Pink Shell Resort and
travels the length of the island along San Carlos Boulevard. Trolleys run from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. daily
(excluding holidays) and costs 25 cents per trip.
