Gratuities and Service charge
For your convenience a 20% service charge which includes gratuity will be added to each service. If you choose, you may
opt to leave additional gratuity for your therapist.

Check-In Policy
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to enjoy our eucalyptus steam. Late arrival may result
in shortened appointment in order to prevent delays for other guests.

What do I need to bring?
You’ll want to wear loose comfortable clothing. Please do not bring jewelry or valuables to the spa, as we do not have safes
to secure these items. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Cancellation Policy
We require an 8 hour notice to change or cancel any appointment. If less than an 8 hour notice is given,
the full price of the service will be charged. Spa packages require 24 hour notice to avoid being charged.
